Our Agreement:
We print to some of the highest standards in the industry, and have built our business through repeat business and word of mouth advertising. We place customer satisfaction at a premium and to ensure your complete satisfaction we ask that you please consider the following factors before placing your order:
• If you are submitting a digital file please carefully review each of the digital file guides you are sending files in.
• Please double check to see that the size of your file is exactly to our specifications. (see file preperation guidelines) It has been our experience that the main cause of delay are files that are built with not enough bleed, too much bleed, or type that is outside of the safety zone. Our trimming tolerance is +/- 3/32”. Our UV coating cannot be written on! All 4/4 jobs are UV coated on both sides!
• Please leave as much time as possible for completion of your job. We have built our business completing jobs in short order, however due to the tight margins in our industry we cannot accept responsibility for overnight shipping charges under any circumstances as turnaround times are not guaranteed.
• If your job is color critical please order a color proof. If you produce your own color proof we cannot guarantee we will be able to match the color since your proof is not calibrated to match our press. Also keep in mind that monitors are sometimes unreliable. Due to physical limitations in the printing process we cannot guarantee exact color reproduction. *In addition; Short-Run Cards (250/500) are printed on a smaller press at a lower line-screen (300 dpi) therefore color and quality will vary.
• Overruns & underruns not to exceed 10% of quantity ordered shall constitute an acceptable delivery.
• If you are unhappy with your job we will be happy to discuss reprinting your job at no charge as long as all of our digital file guidelines have been followed. Keep in mind that the product we produce for you is custom manufactured, as such we have no opportunity to resell returned merchandise, and thus cannot issue refunds under any circumstances.
• Authorized returns will be given house credit only. If you cancel your order before it goes to press; you agree to pay for the portion of your job which covers pre-press work, design work, typesetting, scans, and file correction time.
• Verbal statements by ABI Printing / A Better Image employees are not contractual.
• Turnaround time is based on 'business days' Monday-Friday excluding Holidays.

• Free ground shipping is to a single address within the 48 US contiguous states.
• if shipping to Hawaii/Alaska you must add 2-Day Air shipping costs.
