Step 1. Please follow the Size Guidelines below:

• We have found that the most common source of delay is improperly sized files, files with the wrong size bleed, or files with text or other critical design elements placed too close to the edge of the file!

Step 2. Please follow the file preperation guidelines below:

• We accept PC or MAC - Adobe Photoshop digital files that are saved in EPS or TIFF format at 355 dpi resolution and converted to CMYK color mode or Adobe Illustrator files that are saved in EPS or PDF format and converted to CMYK.

• For best results please follow our step by step guidelines. We cannot be held responsible for errors due to incorrectly submitted files.
